Order by the five-digit part numbers. Be sure to provide a formal PO number and please give us an email address or fax number if immediate acknowledgement is desired. If drop shipping, please provide a contact name, complete address, phone number, and email address.

Payment

Our standard terms are 2% 10 days, net 30 days.

A 1.5% late charge will be assessed on any unpaid balance over 30 days.

Freight

Freight will be prepaid on a minimum shipment of $500 within the continental states. Please contact us for information regarding shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

All orders shipped within 24-hours of their receipt.

Minimum order

There is no minimum order size, but complete box quantities are required; please order in multiples of box quantities.

Return authorization

All returns must be authorized by Bullard Abrasives.

Products must be returned in the original factory packaging and in sellable condition. 

All freight on returns are prepaid by shipper and subject to a 15% restocking charge.
